Microsoft has a deal with Activision till 2012.

Well I mean the full version anyway. All map packs, DLC content. Which in FPS Multiplayer means everything.

It's about DLC, etc., not the game itsself...

But I cant imagine anyone buying Call Of Duty for Single player. It's always pretty robotic. 

But as an online multiplayer COD fan, if you are. That deal really sucks for PS3 fans of the franchise.

I'm a fan of the series and I never ever bought a map pack. It's freaking 15$!!

I think we'll see Crysis 2 a couple of months before Killzone 3 and/or Gears of War 3.

EDIT: Just checked. KZ3 is releasing in Feb, while GEOW is releasing in April.

Hmm. So Gears a possible 6-7 million seller. And KZ a possible 2 million seller.

Will Crysis 2 steal any light away from these?

Potentially one of these is likely to steel best graphics of 2011 to. Ironic that they all release within 2 months of each other. And further ironic, that 1 is multiple platforms and could possibly steal alot of limelight.

Killzone 3 is more of a possible 4 million seller...

Going by the KZ2 numbers, I think the maximum KZ3 could achieve is 3 million LT.

It's at 2.3 mill now and tracking next to no sales. And it's Online numbers a month are around 100,000 logins. Compared to 600,000 logins in 24 hours for Halo 3 and COD MW2.

So obviously not many that bought KZ2 are interested in playing it right now. IMO, doesnt bode well for numbers of KZ3 and continued online play of KZ3.

I guess this shows the difference between Live players and PSN players. 

Over 5 million people have the Mythic map pack for Halo3 for example.

Very good desicion, it should be a January release. Not to mess with Killzone 3, Rage, and Gears of War 3.

A sequel to a mediocre title at best get's pushed back? hmmm it's heart breaking...not

Seriously....if the last game is anything to go by this game will be a mediocre title with good gfx......

Medicore?! yeah, you're right. I mean pfft it's not like the first game won couple of game of the year awards from various sites and is 91 on meta and it's highly appreciated from the PC gaming community. /obvious sarcasm
