So... same as last year then? Last year SONY were the only one's that cared for GamesCon as well. Even going so far as calling it just as important as TGS and E3.
Definitely has to do with that region being their biggest market. No doubt about it.

Ubisoft has more afaik, and EA/T2 might have the same number now that Evolution and London were merged. Unless you meant just 1st party (in which case Microsoft has just Lionhead and RARE, while Nintendo has... uh, nothing).
From all the defections and decisions, it appears that Gamescom is going from "THE PLACE" to "NO PLACE."
I wonder if E3 returning to its traditional (wild) ways has had any impact on this.

I didn't expect them to reveal anything new. I just hope I'll be able to see 3DS and play some of the upcoming Wii games.
