It looked AWESOME! Nice to hear you like it too..

BTW MUGEN did you see any of the STORY stuff in the build you played? Apparently it has a story

I'm sad Motorstorm gets so underappreciated on here.

PAcific Rift was so AWESOME....the crappy demo put off all my friends from buying it though, but I had faith and the final product was so much better!

Anyway hopefully they will make a game selling demo for this one!

I'm getting the impression you thought it was me who was playing in the video , but sadly no mate :( if you go to the source link you will see that

This was in the UK..the lucky brits gotta chance to go to the Beta room event which is where they took this footage from

As for single player I know it invovles around 40 something races with around 3 different view points (different characters different difficulties etc.) at least that's what I remember as what devs said around E3

We will without a doubt will get a huge dose of new material for the game from GC :D can't wait

He was right about how its like a Micheal Bay movie in a game. That dude needs to calm down though since he was acting all cool when he finished first in the race and then he shut up when he was fifteenth on the leaderboard.

Don't ever compare a MotorStorm game to the incredible adventure that was Uncharted 2. Some pretty animations and set pieces doesn't suddenly make a game a masterpiece.

Wait, you think Uncharted 2 is a masterpiece?

Only because it's true.

Uncharted 2 made scripted sequences seem live like no other game before it

Motorstorm Apocalypse does that with the racing genre

Thats why the OP said what he did.

@Machina

And he would be correct in thinking so.

Nevertheless, I came into this thread expecting something which would make MotorStorm: Apocalypse seem like something other than a generic offroad racer, and I realised that it's a generic offroad racer with some pretty animations and set pieces.

Choose your next words very carefully. :P

After reading a few previews, people have said that it's the crashes and effects get out of control and get distractive and cause unnecessary crashes (as in car crashes) during the game.

Don't like the sound of that. I hate it when that happens.
