You'd think it was a game from my earlier days of gaming but despite my 25 years of playing video games it's a game from 2006 that touched me like nothing else. I still live and breathe that game every day.

Yeah, Zatch Bell for the Gamecube was one hell of a game.

lol?

To be honest. For different reasons. I have to list 3 of them.

Game Mario 64. First game I saw in 3D. Amazingly, I just played it and it's still one of the best games I ever played.

Final Fantasy VIII. For me got this because I wanted a zelda clone basically. and FFVIII (RPG) was listed as was Zelda OoT. I had to work a week painting the deck to buy this game. I got this the opening cinematic was amazing (and still is). I was like WTF is this menu battle system when I was like 11. But I was like yay the characters... actually talk to eachother, keep in mind all I played until then was duke nukem, wolfenstein, mario and zelda. Still my second favorite game ever.

Deus Ex, Quite Simply it's deus ex. I can't really tell you why it's awesome, But it is. I got this in PCGAMER  Magazine for free or something like that for free :D. cause my PC couldn't play it at the time.

Now I didn't list OoT which I like more than Mario 64, because it didn't leave as much of an impression as like wow this is so different and cool!. Or Final Fantasy X even though I think it's better than 8, because it wasn't my first FF though each of them are very different. They're still similar and didn't give me the OMGZ reaction.

Okami. It made me question my faith. For a few minutes at least.

Sing a melody

Simple as can be

Give it some words and

Sweet harmony

Raise your voices

All day long now

Love grows strong now

Sing a melody of love (oh love)

Halo brought me back into gaming and now I play a ridiculous amount of games and fewer and fewer of them are FPS's, even though I still play a good bit of them.  But Halo: CE reignited my gaming spark and I haven't stopped since.

Super Mario 64
