I'd just buy it...its only 560 pts. But its the principle, if you promise something for free, you should deliver.

You should have gotten it by now. Are you sure you are checking the correct email? or maybe it was put in your spam instead of inbox?

Checked everything. Same email I access my xbox.com account with...spam is empty.

Its alright, I'll go away for the weekend in a day... If its not in my mailbox when I get back on monday, I'll know something is wrong.

Yeah, tried the code, says its been used. Tried looking in the game too... I downlaoded something when I entered the code few months ago. I figured that would have been the DLC and another code would jsut activate it.

I'll just look for that email headline lol

So can I use the code that I got with the game? I'm reading about all these problems people have here lol. (disolitude you dummy lol )

I haven't used the code yet, so am I safe?

Since you haven't used it yet you are safe. If you used the code before it came out you would get a new code sent in an email.

You got me. Mine came in yesterday so I don't know why you haven't gotten it yet.

I hate this kind of error

Its random and its bloody annoying.  sort it out MS.

And MS.... next time if you are going to send a code out anyway DONT put one in the box!!

Microsoft are nice Kow, call them or something. They'll help you.

This is a bit odd; people are reporting mixed results for when they are receiving their new codes, so individual experiences don't seem to apply to everyone.

I input my code when I bought the game (no warning not to) and when I tried to access the new episode after release, it popped up the price and option to buy. Then I checked my previous purchases; nothing there. Tried to reinput the same code; already been redeemed. But it took less than 24 hours after the episode became available before I received the e-mail and new code. It shouldn't take any longer than that, but who knows?

My only guess is that inputting the original code from the game insert let MS know that the account user was presumably the 1st purchaser of the game and would let them know what e-mail address to send the new code to.
