MS owns the Halo Franchise sooo...ummm no.

I know you're being sarcastic lol, but this Actisivion deal is for one IP game franchise, Bungie are free to make other games at the same time (they managed ODST whilst Reach was in full production)

I don't think we'll see Halo 4 anytime soon, but I do think it's likely they'll revisit. It's not their last game, they've said that before ...

Bungie can only be allowed to handle Halo 4 if MS agrees.  Remerber that MS set up 343 Industries to handle everything halo.  And 343 Industries hasn't announced anything Halo releated yet, so it will be intresting to see what their debut Halo game will be.

Something radically different I'm guessing, Halo RPG possibly.

I know MS has got the best possibly guys available in 343, even some old Bungie employees, but lets face it, whatever they do isn't going to match up to Bungies Halo's. So rather than be seen to be damaging the franchise, I think they'll do different genres/styles of Halo games, and let Bungie create Halo 4 for the launch of the nextbox.

HALO 4 with master chief could possibly be the biggest launch in the history of enterteinment for ages...

I am not the biggest fan of Halo (sort of biased to it), but damn I would love to play that RPG.

Read it again. They quoted FrankO'Connor who works for 343 Industries at Microsoft. So this officially confirms Halo 4 will be developed by 343 Industries.
