Halo: Reach Xbox 360 Includes Audio Easter Eggs, and Halo 4 confirmed?

Bungie can only be allowed to handle Halo 4 if MS agrees.  Remerber that MS set up 343 Industries to handle everything halo.  And 343 Industries hasn't announced anything Halo releated yet, so it will be intresting to see what their debut Halo game will be.
