Forums - Microsoft - Crash Time 4 M$ exclusive.

So the game is being released on the PC as well yet you decide it should be put in the Microsoft forum? The forum that is for:

"Xbox / 360, Halo, XBL, Live Arcade - keep it all in here!"

I do not see anything there saying PC. There is a place for PC games too y'know:

"PC Games, hardware, online meetups"

Though it is multiplatform so it really should go here:

"General gaming discussion- news, rumours, screenshots, release dates and all other game-related posts in here "

For whatever reason people do not seem to give the PC the respect it deserves. Just like in this thread:

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=113281&page=1&str=366064051#

where people decided that Fable 3 was somehow still exclusive to the 360. Yes ... lets all just ignore the PC some more. >_>

Why so serious? , is it offending or something?

Where the hell do you miss the M$ exclusive part? I didnt say 360 exclusive. It's Games for Windows. Who owns windows?

You may not like the fact M$ make money from PC to, but it's fact.

Get over it. It's a M$ exclusive.

I saw that, and no I do not have a problem with Microsoft profiting off of it, but this whole using adjectives to change perceptions is shallow. You're oversimplifying the platform for the corporation. When in reality the PC can't simply be classified as a Microsoft platform. This whole mentaility is what leads to people thinking that in some capacity Fable 3 is exclusive, because it is only be released on Microsoft platforms, 'only' going to their bank account.

The gaming world is broader than that, and the use of adjectives to justify a game being exclusive or multiplatform only works in specific examples, such as the term console exclusive, when comparing the PS3 and 360's libraries. But calling it a Microsoft game, and using that to justify it's location in the Xbox sub-forum (as per it's description), as oppose to the sub-forum for general gaming (for multiplatform titles) just does not cut it.

any details on the game, and are those screen shots in game? are they for the pc version or 360? surely pc.

Being in 3rd place never felt so good

The section is clearly called Microsoft Forum. And as the game is actually a Games For Windows game, and not just a standard PC game, it's completely justified for it to be called a M$ exclusive. No other operating system can run it, and no other console can run it. Only M$ products.

Some people prefer consoles for their games so would rather talk to others playing consoles also about said games. Their is no conspiracy hear to downgrade the pc section, go ahead and post it there too.  When games are on both 360 and PC its still sometimes easier to talk about each in their own section as there may too many differences in the game and game community. If you want the pc section to be more active start posting more stories there. I would like to see the pc section more active also.

I would consider just ignoring that guy if I were you. He's clearly here to start an altercation.

Next time you see somebody arguing worthless semantics, just ignore him.

The BuShA owns all!

So we have another racing game with the open world concept? I hope this one is done better than the last two I played (TDU & Burnout Paradise). These games are usually made to be geared towards multiplayer so it isn't as fun to play solo.

Wait a second... Are you trying to say that a game developed by Microsoft, published by Microsoft on a console made by Microsoft and also released on the Microsoft service "Games for Windows", shouldn't be in the Microsoft forums?

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Need to know more about the concept itself! Also, I hope you're not forced to drive only German cars in the game, that would be a drag.

It certainly looks incredible for an open world game though, despite the very real possibility that there is quite a bit of touching up at play (which there always is). Maybe something akin to The Getaway? I would welcome that!

I thought all the Crashtime games this gen(all 3?) were MS exclusive?

There are a couple of demos for the previous games on XBLM, hopefully this one will be better than them.
