It's definately the same thing. What makes you think that he wasn't forced/manipultated into doing it? Do you somehow think that a male cannot be sexually abused by a woman? And the guy in question was 14. No 14-year-old can willingly have sex with an adult, as there is legally no such thing as consensual sex with a minor (regardless of gender). And any guy can get an erection by having his genitals stimulated. It doesn't matter who does it and his desire has nothing to do with it.

He could have been manipulated into doing it. Of course that happens sometimes. And in that case it would kinda be the same thing as father on daughter.

But in this case I assume he wasn't manipulated because it's a lot more likely that he got hard and wanted to do her.

Like I said, 14-year-olds cannot consent to have sex, mainly because they cannot comprehend sex and it's consequences. He went to a consuler, so he was obviously disturbed by this experience. Plus him getting hard has nothing to do with him wanting to have sex with her, or even being aroused by her. When a guy has his genitals stimulated he gets hard. It has nothing to do with his mental state or his desire to have sex with the person stimulating his genitals. It's an automatic response. You, as a docotor, should know that. This "blame the victim metality" that people like you have causes great distress and humiliation to males that have been sexually abused by women.

But you leep saying that a 14 year old cannot consent to have sex?  That's utterly false.  You keep trying to turn this into a text book law definition.  Many times in issues like this you really can't have a text book definition. A 14 year old could surely have a clear mind and make that decision.

Stimulating of genitals only gets you so far.  Dis-interest, etc will spurn your boner.  He very well could have been sexually abused.  It's also perfectly likely that he wanted sex, enjoyed sex, was turned on and decided to have sex.

It's completely a cultural/societal thing. If you grew up a few hundred years ago, it wasn't all that insane/crazy for a 14 year old to have sex. You do acquire the ability of those parts for a reason.

14-year-olds do not have the necessary psychological development to consent to sex. This is why there is a thing such as age of consent. It's the standard age where a person is considered to have the necessary psychological development to understand sex and it's consiquences and to be truly capable of making the decision to have sex. It has nothing to do with culture. Hundreds of years ago modern psychology didn't exist.

This boy was obviously mnipulated  and coerced into having sex. The fact that he went to a consular about this proves that he was disturbed by the experience. Just because he's a guy, and his abuser was a woman doesn't mean that the abuse isn't real, or that he'll somehow be less scarred by this experience than say a woman raped by a man. I've read articles and confessions of guys that were sexually abused by women, and trust me the effects are of their abused are very real and traumatizing. Any woman that has sex with a child is a perverted rapist and a pedo/hebephile that should rot in jail.

In my opinion, the most ridiculous thing about this is she's going to prision for "nine to 30 years."
