4GB of internal memory is quite substantial isn't it? There are too groups of people, those who use a lot of space and those who don't, but there are kind of very few in the middle. Pretty much anyone who uses just a little space would not go over a few GB and therefore this would be perfect for a few Arcade titles and whatever. I wonder if this is also another technical price drop because people who want to download Arcade titles online won't have to go up to the much more expensive 250GB unit.
Anyway, this seems to reorientate their console lineup with the Arcade as their main SKU and the 250GB as their secondary, higher margin SKU.
