FFV and FFVI I think are practically confirmed ("We didn't them on DS for the graphics",FF will be on 3DS).

FFVII?I've heard there is a deal between Square and Sony,because Sony should have helped Square in the development,so,it could appear only on Sony consoles...but never say never!

And I think Square will be not in the group of SH that will provide the 30 games for 3DS launch (at least,in Europe)

I hope the FFV and FFVI remakes have the Dissidia models. Bartz and Terra in Dissidia looked stunning!

If Nintendo was smart, and the 3DS cards are substantially large (equivalent to DVD's), then I fully expect to see the Playstation & PS2 Final Fantasy titles to make an appearance.  Might as well.  FF 1-6 were on the GBA, 3 and 4 remade for the DS, and on and on...

I joked elsewhere about the 3DS having the two most insanely (and unnecessarily requested) titles to be remade:  Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy VII--if it happens. 

Ehi,guys,maybe we know something more about the western launch,at least,of the 3DS.I'd say...1/3 of the launch line-up.Some from an italian retailer who has said something about it,some from official announcements,and some from...Nintendo of Italy.Could i share these things with you,please? :P

what? Your post is rather hard to make out are you saying you got some info from Italian sources or what? if so share away just don't expect everyone to believe you, this being the internet and all that. 

Yeah,I'm saying that an italian source has shared some infos about 3DS line-up launch...and other infos about it are "hidden" in some of the official presses of some games and,also,in a leak of Nintendo of Italia

But this source is very reliable:it has "leaked" the releases of some games,SKUs here in Europe various times.

First of all...the numbers of games.

There will be circa 30 games,this italian retailer said...so,the double of games present in the DS launch lineup.

6 will be from Ubisoft.

Well,if you see the famous list of titles for 3DS from first and third parties,you see that the Ubisoft titles are...6.

So,at least in this case,all the upcoming titles from a SH present in that list will be for launch.

So,the first six known games that will be released with the launch of 3DS will be:

Hollywood 61

Driver:Renegade

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon

Then,the hypotesis from some official presses and a very great leak from Nintendo of Italia.

Nintendo of Italia,when listed the games present at E3,has given no dates for no one of the games presented...but for Paper Mario,they've done it.

They have said that it would be lanched the 25 March 2011. But now,if you try to go to NOI site,you will not find anything,because they've fixed it,saying that nothing is official,and things like those to hide the leak.

If you remember,the DS has been launched in March 2005 here in Europe...so,a launch in March 2011 would make sense for the 3DS...and maybe this time also in America,given what two official presses said.

These official presses are the ones for The Sims 3 and deBlob2:they stated the games would be out in Q1 2011.Given what Reggie has said on Jimmy Fallon's Show,given that the 3DS will certainly launched before 1 April 2011,here you are the possible first panoramic for the launch.

With the first six as a sure bet,they will be launch games.

I hope I've been clear enough,and excuse me if something is not understanable.

In that case,I'll try to explain them better later...now I'm going to the beach. :P

so most of the games for launch are ports with a few spinoffs then, makes sense given the time frame. I wonder what the first original IPs will be? or at least full entries in established series Pokemon etc. Anyway thanks for the info

Paper Mario 3DS is a full sequel btw.  It's really "Paper Mario 3".

From Nintendo I wouldn't be surprised if Kid Icarus made launch too given how far along it looked, and maybe a few more "support" titles (stuff like Steel Diver, Pilotwings Resort, etc).  Nintendogs plus Cats looked pretty far along at E3 too, that could make it at launch, or at least in the spring.
