The REmake looked insanely fabulous, for its time! I remember standing in awe looking @ my friend playing it (never really played it myself, 'cos I despised the controls). Zero looked possibly even better, but didn't have that wow-factor 'cos it came out after the REmake.

RE4 looked stunning, too, considering it wasn't using pre-rendered backgrounds.

REmake and RE4 for me. Surely RE5 looks the best, but when you take into account the hardware... RE4 was like having Crysis maxed on a PS3. Capcom drained the GC dry on that one.
