New Tales announcement hinted for July?

Namco Bandai’s Makoto Yoshitsumi is the boss behind the Tales franchise and is noted as the producer or executive producer on a few Tales series games. Today Yoshitsumi revealed that he’d recently been interviewed by Famitsu.

On his Twitter account, he says to look forward to a report in the issue of the magazine due out two weeks from now – which is the July 15 issue.

This would fall directly in place with the major Tales announcement teased back at the Tales of Festival and promised to arrive in the summer.

Tales games are usually revealed in Jump rather than Famitsu and/or have press conferences held the day before or on the day Famitsu releases.

Thanks, Andriasang.

* Prays for Vesperia or/and Graces western release or a new tales*

Graces western release, PLLLLEEEEAAAAASE!!!!!

That being said, I doubt they'd have their huge Famitsu announcement be something related to a western release. It wouldn't really.... be something the Japanese gamer is interested in.

PS3 game announcement, not coming here either....

OH god, please Tales of Graces! I can't stomach having both Zangeki AND ToG remain Japan only!

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi

if it's a japanese announcement i'm not sure i want to know.

whatever it is it might never get released outside of japan...

Yeah, should be the new Team Symphonia game, meaning it's an HD game.  If there's a 360 version, that means it's probably coming here too, if not, it's probably not...
