And also great sales for the 360 so far, next few weeks should be even bigger once it gets released to the rest of the world, and once hardware restraints go away.

i think ye guys now have alot to fear as now ye are starting to sound like the MS fans when the PS3 slim launched...

The PS3 slim was actually announced along with a $100 price cut.

That's how I'm confident it will drop. There was no price cut with the new model. :

Those are some awesome sales for Xbox 360, wish they released the slim version simultaneously worldwide to see all numbers together, it would be awesome! Not trying to spin this, but I expected the software sales for Xbox 360 to at least stay at the same level compared to last week. Is it normal for newer versions of a console? I'm asking this because I really don't know.

Weird that people say this everytime there is a price cut or remake of a console.

They said it in 2007 when the PS3 got its price cut to $400/500

They said it in 2008 when the 360 got its price cut to $200/300/400

They said it in 2009 when the PS3 got reduced to $300/400 and had a slim model (albeit not as many said it for this one)

And they were ALL wrong...

This week could be better with more availability of the 360 S and more general knowledge of the price cuts on the Arcade and Elite. I actually spotted the 360 S for the first time today at a Costco.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

I have yet to see even 1 slim 360.
