In a recently published interview in the latest edition of Famitsu magazine, Tetsuya Nomura was asked about the status of Parasite Eve: The 3rd Birthday and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. He replied:

"Yes. For the last six months, there hasn't been much information about these two titles, but there will be a steady stream of information from this month."

He continues, "Also, there are other titles in the works that have not been announced, but there is an upcoming announcement at the Tokyo Game Show this fall. Please look forward to it."

So what could it be? It seems like the time is right for a Kingdom Hearts 3 announcement, or is it the long-requested Final Fantasy 7 remake (not likely). The Tokyo Game Show 2010 will be taking place between 16-19 September.

Well I'm not as comfortable as you are to say that. I just don't know. We'll have to wait and see.

But what I'm sure of is that you can't trust a developer when he says a game isn't in development.

Versus is basically almost finished.

That team will move onto KH3 straight away, so he can announce it now and have it out in 5 years, thats the normal timeframe for S-E games.
