I would have probably put Golden Sun DD as best RPG, but a pretty good list all round

Kirby has really excited me with all the hype behind it now.

If Gamepsot rate Dead Space 2 on 360 lower than Fable 3, Gears 3, Halo Reah etc etc. Then Gamespot are away with the fairies. 

There is a reason why these lists are often broken.

Gamespot's game of the year 2009 was Demon's Souls even though it had only 9 rating and there were several games with 9.5 that year.

Gears 3 might get 9.5 for a super polished experience, that have been here 2 times before, without any dramatic change or different gameplay mechanics. Than they might rate Dead Space lower, but still say it's better overall experience despite some of it's flaws.

Also they are judging those games on what was shown at E3, so what score they'll give them later has nothing to do with this, which should be clear to everyone.
