Youtube on the 3DS would indeed be awesome. Maybe they'll have browser support that will support it. I also don't really like the current design, it looks too much like an original DS, and it's weird that the top screen is bigger than the bottom one. What's it going to look like when there is a game like Yoshi's Island DS that uses both screens as one large gameplay screen? I think two analogue sticks would help, but are not neccesary. The design itself needs a little work, but the game library looks amazing so far, which is what matters most.
I also think a more streamlined unified online service similar to XBL would be cool, where you can access friend's lists easilly and send them messages, maybe even some sort of achievement system, though again, this is not necessary, just a neat little addition.
Edit: Oh yes and one more thing, VITRUAL CONSOLE GAMEBOY/GBA GAMES! Make it happen Nintendo! That way I could finally sell my old GBA and there would no longer be issues of backward compatibility. It would be a machine that can play almost any handheld game (well besides PSP stuff), similar to how the Wii is for console games. $3 for gameboy games, $5 for GBA games. Maybe $8 for some of the bigger ones like Golden Sun, Pokemon.
