Even if people would be playing the game right in their faces, they still wouldn't believe the 3DS is capable of those graphics.

Oh man, that trailer looks amazing. The 3DS must be pushing graphical power superior to the GameCube. The graphics have a lot of indicators that they're likely real-time (and judging by what some people have said on here, they are), which is just phenominal.
It looks like it takes place post-RE5, but there are zombies again... and HUNK.
Hopefully it plays better than RE5 which I felt was a gross step backwards for the series, and pretty much all wrong for the Resident Evil franchise. It also had the worst boss battles in franchise history. Leave the shooters to the Chronicles and Survivor series.
wait do you guys really believe 3DS can surpass Wii graphically? I mean come on now. This looks almost as good as RE4 for Gamecube which is outstanding nonetheless but better than Wii?!

In a way, yes.
The 3DS offers OpenGL shaders, so all the developers who are too stupid/lazy to learn how to use the Wii's TEV will have easy access to cool effects on the 3DS. In other words, while the Wii holds more potential, the 3DS will find its potential tapped more often.
Plus, I hear that the 3D illusion smoothes out jagged edges. A sort of natural anti-aliasing which will ease the complaints of jaggies that Wii games often get.
And finally, it's entirely possible that the 3DS will ship with more RAM than the Wii, though I have no idea what demands the 3D effect places on memory usage.

Wonder how epic claps would have been if this trailer was shown on e3....
If this was on the Wii I would buy this day 1 no doubt... but since its on the 3.D.S I don't know yet because I may not get a 3.D.S. Resident Evil is my 2nd favorite franchise ever though besides for Pikmin... so I may HAVE to buy a 3.D.S. to play this.
