Erm, GT fans have rarely cried about the GT5 "delays", because every fan that has followed GT5's progress knows that the only true delay was the Japan March 2010.
I didn't mean "official" delays. But these boards have been seeing posts like "damn Sony why no GT5 yet" every week or so, perhaps.
I like how you list GT5 as a "game" though. Any considerations as to why GT5 isn't worthy of the title?
Explanation is simple: a simulator is something different from game definition in _my_book, don't be touchy over this.

I see what you mean, excuse me if i'm a bit touchy when it comes to GT lately, but to any GT fan, this forum has been hellish since E3, with people stepping down as low as they can to downplay GT (not your case).
I don't condone that kind of attitude (the threads about no GT5 yet), because people have to learn that games come out whenever they are ready. Some game developers take a lot of time releasing their games because they want to fine tune and optimize as much as they can. PD is not the only developer doing this, Blizzard, Valve even Nintendo for some releases of their core Franchises do it as well.
Speaking for myself, I rather wait a couple of years to get a very well done game than to get a rushed one that has to be constantly updated and optimized in order to achieve the final result that the developers want.
