That is the disappointment that I was waiting for. The thing that will turn people off. I knew something like this would happen

I don't think that not being able to support 4 Players will neccessarily 'turn off' people. Like I'm sure people know how to take turns in paris or something. But you see this is why Kinect and Move won't see the big success of the Wii.
The Wii IS able to support up to 4 players in great addictive multiplayer games like Super Smash Bros Brawl, New Super Mario Bros Wii, Mario Kart and the list goes on and that's what makes the Wii so great compared to Move and Kinect.
So really, Wii is just 1 up Move and Kinect with full 4 Player Support in a lot of family and friends orientated multiplayer games. If the Move can do full 4 player support then that's also great and pretty much the same as the Wii then but if Kinect can't then... Move and Wii are 1 up. Yes it's disappointing Kinect if it can't support 4 Players but it's not a major 'turn off' factor.

Except the games you listed all use the main controller normally, with simple motion controls on top. Like steering for Mario Kart. The DS3 would be used for things like that with its 6-axis control, as it has been before. The Move, however is more for games like FPS/TPS's, adventure games and casual game compilations, like Sports Champions. Of course, the 360 only has Kinect to pull of motion gaming, which is why this 2-player limit is troubling. I do hope Sony at least raise the limit to 3 Moves plus 3 Navs, and up to 6 Moves (2 for each player), for more core games upon release. Cause 3 players wouldn't be seen as such a negative.
And to those pointing out that Kinect probably supports 4 players based on the vid of the woman and man playing with the kids, why didn't you post the whole vid.

It's clearly a 2 player game. They only let the kids come in to play along, which causes the avatars to go ape-shit.
2 things that trouble me the most about that vid are:
1. As with most demos I have seen for Kinect, it takes place in a well lit, completely white room.
2. Look at how far they are from the camera. I hope most games don't require that much space.
