Forums - Sony - NFS HotPursuit Gains 3D Support

Following its reveal during this years E3 event, Criterion have teased further details regaring their upcoming title, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.

In a series of tweets, the developer has announced that the recently unveiled Porsche 918 Spyder will be playable, as well as 3D support set to feature on both PlayStation 3 and PC platforms.

Their full message was as follows, "Porsche 918 Spyder. Unveiled Geneva March 2010. Playable in NFSHP 3 days later. A hybrid supercar that does 200mph." Criterion also confirmed that the car would be exclusive to the title.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is due to release across PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC platforms on November 16th in the US, seeing a release on November 18th/19th across Europe.

hmm i dont really want to see that in 3d, ill play it normally.



It's pretty sweet. IGN said that the 3D gave the player a noticable advantage, because the gameplay is so fast that the added depth really makes a difference!



I need a 3D TV.. sony really is pushing it on PS3
