This has been rumored for awhile and I doubt its the one Matt is talking about. I mean its one to get excited over. I really don't think too many would get excited over a fligth game, despite it being pilotwings.
We need to thing more along the lines of huge classic games or something like that. Kid Icarus as many have stated is thinking along the right lines.
Yes, because Gamestop is a credible news source.
http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product_id=T000562 (nonexistent)
http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product_id=T000515 (this was officially put on indeffinite hold)
http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product_id=t000382 (No confirmation this game even exists past a random statement by a developer with no evidence)
http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product_id=270109 (Pricing for this game is unnanounced and will not be $60)
http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product_id=200383 (PC only)
and it's gone now but before they got a flood of complaints they had MGS4 360 up there. They also used to have Final Fantasy VII up for PS3.
You might as well ask a random homeless man what's coming out. Hey maybe we can start citing amazon.com as credible sales data while we're at it.

I'm not saying it's impossible that Pilotwings will ever be made on the Wii, but Gamestop is hardly a credible source.
@ Leo-j, no... no it's not.

I wouldn't necessarily trust them, especially the release date, but I wouldn't complain if it was Pilotwings. I never played the SNES one, but the N64 one I played the hell out of (mainly because that and Mario 64 were the only games on the 64 for months, then NHL whatever came out and I played the hell out of that because it was only the third game available, but damn I loved me some pilotwings 64).
I think you need to calm down a bit naz, you're getting a little militant about what this unnanounced game is.

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.

You know me vagabond... I like facts and evidence. Things like Gamestop release lists are not valid evidence.

| New Alias said: Also, if this is the game Matt and Bozon were talking about, they said "You'll be surprised at who is developing the game" Now, Paradigm Entertainment developed the first two, before being acquired by Atari in 2000. In 2006, Atari sold Paradigm Entertainment to THQ. A few months ago, THQ became an official Nintendo licensed developer (Something standard?), and with it brough rumors that THQ could be working on a Nintendo franchise. Pilotwings Wii seems very likely. |
Paradigm only developed the N64 game, EAD developed the SNES original. Both great games, though.

naznatips- Sadness does exist. WE just don't know if it'll ever make it past the development phase into the publishment one. As know one knows if the game will ever get a publisher. It's nothing new to have games become vaporware.
