after seeing what sony had top offer for it, its hard to say. i think Kinect may do better cuz i think it will be more appealing to the casual market. ofcourse, people could see move as the better dael and pick it up first.

Well Kinect was on the main news here today, they had a 10 min report on it. Move was nowhere to be seen.
That say's it all.
i guess on second thought i should have said what will you be getting. I believe parents will rush out and get their kids a kinect when gamers will get move for themselves.

same for Germany. Saw Kinect on Ntv this morning and read about it in the financial times Germany.
But without a price point it is hard to tell. But I see MS being more serious about kincect than Sony about Natal. I see Kinect ads on youtube, VGC and some German gaming related sites.
They were at Good Morning America as well. I see this sell a lot to casuals.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
if the price are final more like move.it all come to pricing and 150$...
I really dunno... they seem to be gaining the traction necessary on mainstream media, however, 150... dunno. Will the novelty of a controller free gaming offset the fact that a 360slim kinect will be 400 vs the Wii's 200?
As for Move... if you're attracting the Wii crowd, they will want 2-4 controllers, and that makes it even more expensive. However, since per unit is cheaper, it may be something the consumer "doesn't notice".
Kinect will definitely win since its the new thing....
Let me start off by saying both will actully do very very well. Anyone who thinks differnt you will be proven wrong.
Price...thats going to be the starting point of the battle of Kinect vs Move...*and we are gonna go with the 149$ kinect atm*
*Bundle for move navi =129$**1 person*
*kinect = 149$**upto 4 players*
Both at less than great price points.
Kinect showed a very casual/family/active luanch line up(heck look at the trailers...got the party/familys all togther..casuals eat that stuff up)...infact it was the most impressive out of msft and sony. they really went all out to target the wii market. From what I saw of move....it had more of the ..I'm a gamer..and I wanna get into this motion control stuff...but in HD...sad thing is...so far....moves line up...was not good...it really didnt target the casual and sided with just trying to make..every grp feel ''ok''.
Games well...as long as msft doesnt toss out the games more than 49$ theyll be ok.....Sony set ''1st party games only"*...folks need to remember that* at 39$
With how much air time Kinect has been getting Im very confident that the casual market is going to pick it up alot more than the move.
But gotta remember I said casual market....we still need to see how each systems current fanbase will/can support move/kinect.
As for Xoj why are you even coming here to post? You add nothing.
I voted for Move considering the price is considerably cheaper than Kenetic, which is always one of the most important underlying motives.
"Politics. As exciting as war. Definitely as dangerous... Though in war, you can only get killed once. In politics it can happen over and over."
Really dunno... Both look very interessing since Sony will support the motion controller with great core games(Killzone 2/Socom 4) and Microsoft shows something really interesting and innovative... Since I like play with buttons(Kevin Butler XDD), I'll stay with Move, but Kinect looks to be really cool as well :D
LET'S GO KNICKS
