Forums - Nintendo - Official Nintendo E3 2010 Press Conference Thread

I think Nintendo just realise that 96% of people watching E3 are core gamers they don't want to hear about casual crap, that's how they won E3

I espect Sony to focus more on their core move title, unlike microsoft they have core moton sensor base games

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Did they announce a 3DS date? I didn't see that.

Also I was under the impression 3ds would have Wii like graphics.

It's just that simple.

Apparently the sky plays a really big role in the new Zelda. Link will fly, I'm calling it now. His jumping off that cliff at the end of the trailer pretty much solidifies that for me.

I guess you believe that Buzz Lightyear can fly too just because he jumped off a "cliff"

Of course!

Wait, did you just compare Link to Buzz Lightyear? OMG Link will go into outer space confirmed!

For me (Never in a thousand years would I ever have thought I'd say this) Zelda was the low point of the conference.

I don't know, the graphics look very unpolished and i'm not to keen on the style. But they still have a while to work on it so we shall see.

i'm sad to say that i agree

i thought Epic Mickey, Donkey Kong, Kirby and the new Kid Icarus all looked much better and had better graphic styles

Zelda looked REALLY unpolished in my opnion :(

Hence the 2011 release date. lol

now i WANT it to release in 2011 lol, we've been waiting too long for it not to be greatness!

Damn the haters get out!! lol. The Nintendo conferencen is like MS ones is hust pushing it. Those games are for the casuals? Come on!? GAMES THAT WAS SHOWN WAS for GAMERS BOTH CASUALS AND CORES ALIKE.

I'm not worry about Zelda's controls. Im worry about the release date =( still, lot of time to finish and polish the game. I cant wait to here the story details about it

Zelda looks crazy.  I was hoping they'd have a more fantastical artstyle for Zelda, instead of just sticking with snow/mountain/swamp locales like usual, and the mushrooms and whatnot are an excellent sign!

My only worries are the aiming controls.  Miyamoto seemed to have some trouble with those spiders, and the only one he hit looked like luck, given how wildly he was moving the cursor at that moment.

I'm sure Nintendo will have it all perfected in the end, though.

Everyone needs to stop complaining about the Zelda controls.  Let's wait to hear from people who got a hands on with the game.

Iwata and Konno talking about the 3DS at Nintendo's feed.
