Well what i dont get is how can Wii owners hate the move?

This has mad potential man. I am loving the fighting the game. and the sports champions with the shild and stuff looks ace

I sure don't hate it. If anything, I'm intrigued. It may finally push developers adapt motion controls in more ''core'' endeavors, like RPGs, action games, etc. What I do hate though, is Sony's blatant marketing rip-off.

Motion control never actully appealed to me, i thought move was just a way of playing catch up with M$. but imo enhanced HD visuals and more precise controls seem to make a world of difference. even though i wont be getting this, it does look very good.

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi

Say wut? I'm trolling? Oh come leo-j, u r better than this.

You are telling me a BS like this, but when the wii came out sony talked shit about it. How was move in development, when sony was talking shit about the wii? How is that even possible. So they were critizicing the idea they are currently working on?

Plus, don't you think the wii was in development way before? You can't say that move was in development before the wiimote... is simply a very stupid thing to say. But, something that can be prove, is that the wii launched in 2006. sony didn't have any indication of a motion controller (first they had the boomerang like controller, then they went back to the DS) and they even mock nintendo's wiimote. Few years after that, you see that Sony is launching a copy and paste of the wiimote.....

You can make your own conclusions. I doubt move was in development before the wiimote. I can't prove that, so I won't mess with that. And neither can you, so don't claim that move was in development first. But I can tell you, the idea of motion controlers in this gen came with the wii. Sony and Microsoft are just following now.

I hope this means that developers will make more PS3/Wii games since you know, they are VERY similar..

Ha! Do you really believe Sony on this? Why would you downplay motion controls and then, after 4 years, unveil your own substitute? It's completely illogical. And would it really take 4 years for this to break out of R&D? Hardly.
