Not if you turn the oven off for some time to bake a muffin called GT:PSP

I was typing exactly that while you were posting these... I demand a written and public aplogy form which ever mod banned me!! |
Make a thread out of it (in a casual manner obviously)...go on it would be really cool to see what other people think.
Its almost like when gamespot wrote the 2004 April fools article proclaiming Nintendo would win the nex-gen but it actually ended up happening.

I'll try and find the post and ban... could be amusing i suppose. |
Yeah it would be cool, just hope people see it, you were on holiday so you probably don't know but the forums have been very quiet.

Decades are relative. This claim isn't just bold, it's actually kind of stupid.
lol that Sony's statement sounds like an unintentional joke to me.
Most Anticipated Game of the Decade? yeah you just need to show it at next 6 E3s saying that it will come soon like you used to and it will be true since it will mark 10 years since you started doing it
ON.
EVERY .
FRIGGIN.
E3.
BIATCH.
I think people are taking this too far. Apple described the new facetime as "changing the way we communicate forever" They all do it, who cares what PR says
Until next year's biggest game is anticipated.
Well it was for me for awhile, but the wait just got a little ridiculous. Now I just seem to have lost all interest, Ill probably still get it but I doubt I will be at any midnight launches for it like I would have been a year or 2 ago. Or even take off time from work like I have for other games.
For this statement to be true GT5 has some big targets to reach!
If we are talking about Next Gen consoles then first week it has to sell 3.8m units, just to be on par with Halo 3.
To put that into some kind of perspective GT5 will have to sell first week x6 what the last GT game sold.
Which means it will have to sell more copies first week then COD:MW2, by nearly 20%. Nearly double the sales of GTA4 first week.
Outsell first week Call of Duty:MW1, MGS4, COD:W@W,Assasins Creed1 2,Resistance,Motorstorm,LBP COMBINED.
I have no doubt GT5 will sell very well. But it won't sell anywhere near those numbers. The top selling PS3 exclusive has sold 4m copies. For it to be on par with Halo 3 it will need to basically triple those sales. I think it is very optermistic to expect that from it.
So no i don't agree with the statement. FFXIII was one if not thee most anticipated game of this gen and it's sales in comparison to the big selling games has been average. I think GT5 will sell around 6m units. If we have learnt one thing from this gen it is that this gen is anything but predictable.
