Just so you all know, i hate all of you arguing against Final Fantasy VII.

How COULD you!?

I will continue this later, when i think of another shocking reason for why FFVIIR will dominate everything ever released ever.

I'm not arguing against FFVII, but that user-base argument isn't very valid

Anyway, personally, a FFVII remake would be higher on my most awaited list than GT5, but given the current scenario of JRPG's in the west, I just don't see it making the same impact as it would have if the JRPG craze was still around.

If it makes you feel any better I like the Final Fantasy series far better then any Gran Turismo game I've ever played :)

A Final Fantasy VII remake could likely be multiplat so it would have at least a decent chance of out selling GT5. If it's actually released this decade :)
