handhelds are the "in" thing in japan apparently xD

and japan's lifestyle involves alot of commuting so a handheld is the perfect remedy xD

I'm not arguing the statistical tie.  I actually think that's kind of neat.  I just think it's a bit weird that not once in this 4 week period has VGChartz and MC agreed on who had the slight edge no matter who it may be.  I would think the laws of probability in flipping 2 coins 4 times each... One of those times they'd both show heads, or both show tails.
