I would not want to lose that game.

Seriously, I would think that a game where gameplay varied based upon pulse rate.

I wonder if Nintendo will make restrictions as to where the device should be clipped.

If the goal is to relax then there will be software for assisting in meditation.  Lie detection could be applied to a detective party game like Cluedo.

Wii Doctor : analysis your body depending on your heartbeat. And using it with Wiifit it can detect water or fat  percentage in your body.

I also imagine a scene in a game where you are asked if you'd stolen treasure.  Then they'll chop of your hand they catch you.

Or a spy game

Just for fun they could show a demo of mario jumping based on your heart beat.

In the spy game, you will be trained to trick a lie detector.

read up on the device, it also detect oxygenation levels in our blood.

You only need 1 wii vitality sensor... and two controllers ( I don't know one person with a wii without two controllers.

And this is far more important than the heartbeat , you just notice something that most people dont ...and i think that this can make a huge difference in gameplay.
