@People listing Heavenly Sword: Really?

I didn't enjoy the game like I wanted. I thought it was gonna be an awesome game, but it ended being a good mediocre game, with a crappy blocking system x.x I expected way more.

fixed and i agree but characters were awesome though.

I completely disagree that it was mediocre. It had it's share of problems, though they were few and far between, but the story, the way the story was told, and the characters all came together to make one of the best cinematic experiences on the PS3. I still say the human interaction still exceeds that of Uncharted 2 & HEAVY RAIN, although I'd say HR has it beat in facial animation. Regardless, Andy Serkis alone stole the show and made HS one of the better early PS3 titles.

Now, the game play could have been more varied, as well as the enemies. But the game was hardly mediocre. What's there could really be used to shell out a powerful sequel.

I felt:

- The gameplay was stale, repetitive

- the enemy designs were dull, boring. Look at the GOW boss/enemy designs, obviously its not fair to compare cnsidering budgets but still

-Every boss was odd/weird....weirdness doesn't mean cool Ninja Theory it was embarrassing and awkward seeing some of those bosses.

- The motion use in the game was really gimmicky

- The story telling and characters were good, but there was one problem for me, the plot itself wasn't all that great and it was like a cake with the best icing & cherries on top but with the dough not properly cooked.

- Length -- I hate whining about length but it was short and I had buyers remorse.

What the game did to stand out was great, but those things that stood out (characters, storytelling) were meant to support the plot of the game which didn't turn out so great nor was it gripping.

In the end it just left no impression on me and felt average. I went straight back to warhawk after playing it.

But yeah the OP doesn't want any real arguments (not that we're arguing)...so if you want we can discuss this in more detail on walls
