I bought Dues Ex 1 and 2 combined in Game a few months ago. In the 2 PC games for £15 section.

They're very old games that don't hold up to modern standards. If u never played them before, then don't bother at this point. It's too late.

Maybe visually for Deus Ex 1 but gameplay still holds up very well(on PC) ...part 2 kind of sucked to be honest even back then.

Maybe for Deus Ex 2, and he graphics of both, however the gameplay of Deus Ex 1 has yet to be copied, much less beaten, by any game to date.

Looks a lot like Ghost in the Shell and I hate that series...

Looking over the railer sosme more. It really is epic. I will settle for no innovation in this game, I jsut want the formula from DE1 back. I mean add some things like the ability to climb walls and other such things that are posible now, but really just the same formula.

P.S. Keep in mind the possibility of regenerating health is still very muh on the table, in fact it's true last I checked, so that should speak tons about how the game has gone downhill.

It was the guy with the wire and him gettig hacked/killed wasn't it? I thought that was a blatant copy of GiTS as well. To be fair, Deus Ex 1 had a little of it too, but I don't think it was this much.

That and the action is a lot like something you'd see in the show.  I mean even the turning invisible looks really similar, I haven't played the first 2 games mind you, and I heard the first one was good while the second... not so much, so I don't know how much of this was in the first two games.

Yeah the invisibility was also a dead giveaway. First one is at a later date and everything is done by nanomachines so it looked much different, but still had hacking and stuff, though it wasn't on people necessarily.
