...in 1994... not in 1990 JP 1991 NA & 1992 EU when the SNES was launched...

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Actually, I think the N64 had the best launch titles in history.

It only had 4 games at launch but everyone of them was amazing.

Mario 64

Pilotwings 64

Shadows of The Empire

Wave Race 64

Unbeatable launch quality. IMO/

Twilight Princess wasnt a launch title. It ws on GC first. It was ported to Wii around launch. How can you call the same game a launch title?

Actually it came out on GameCube one month after the Wii version

I think it's even with the SNES..

  • Super Mario World
  • F-Zero
  • Pilotwings

Good call. It's hard, but I think because of the new era, N64 edges. Nintendo nailed the 3d games in their first attempt. I mean P64 felt so good to control. As did Mario 64. WaveRace 64 looked amazing and played even better. And SOTE was any Star Wars fans best dream.

The only game to get close to Mario 64 was B&K in that era. Maybe even today for platformers.

This was a time when I loved every ounce of software that came out of the big N.

Man I loved being a ninty fanboy back in the day. :)

I think I'll go with Super Mario World.

Switch Code: SW-7377-9189-3397 -- Nintendo Network ID: theRepublic -- Steam ID: theRepublic

Now Playing
Switch - Super Mario Maker 2 (2019)
3DS - Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (Trilogy) (2005/2014)
Mobile - Yugioh Duel Links (2017)
Mobile - Super Mario Run (2017)
PC - Borderlands 2 (2012)
PC - Deep Rock Galactic (2020)

I'm going with Halo, simply because it's the launch title I played the most and the longest.
