We really need someone who speaks japanese to translate the gameplay bits. I probably won't be reading the story bits though especially after almost a half of a certain games story that I was really hyped for got spoilt to me thanks to famitsu & story trailers! I don't trust trailers or these magazines anymore to hold back spoilers, Xen was right!

Kanan does look hot yeah, the chaaracter designs for everyone are good.

Now all we need is a confirmation that Uematsu is doing the music!

The character designs are indeed fantastic. I really love the clothing designs.

Fingers crossed for Uematsu composing the music!!! His style would definitely fit in with this game and it's world.

If only......we'd be able to import awesome games too!

I wanna know who did the character designs, they are different, fresh but still familiar in a classic kind of way! (its clearly way different from the Nomura style or even Amano style)

Yes Uematsu would be the super expensive, high quality icing on the cake!

Yeh the character designs are unique in the sense that it's different what we've seen from this gen's JRPGs and it's definitely does have that classic feeling and vibe of the RPGs back in PS1 and PS2 days.

And honestly, even though these are magazine scans, the screens from the second page are just absolutely beautiful. I can't stop looking at them!

FROM NEOGAF TRANSLATION:

The article seems to confirm that you only control Elza, and all allies are AI controlled. The screens also so Elza running in some passageway with the party. Seems the game system supports Elza and 3 other party members. In terms of presentation, it actually looks surprisingly similar to the concept art in terms of camera placement and scope, even though the art style and detail isn't close. The battle camera doesn't seem to center behind Elza, but on the overall scene instead.
