Castlevania II, actually.  I loved that game despite the hate it gets.  I wish I could remember more lines from it.  It had some God-awful dialog. 

Pretty much anything that ever came out of the mouth of Minsc.

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, WATCH IT; I'M HUUUGE!"

God, how could I forget Baldur's Gate? Not only Minsc...Edwin, my man Korgan ("A Skullbreaker!", "...And later I'll split y'r gut open...hehehe."), random quotes from everyone ranging from Irenicus to party members to NPC's. 

Also, this:

I also love: This isn't a battle anymore, it's a motherf***in WAR!!

and: Batt!! There you are!! Thought the suspence was gonna kill me! How will he make his entrance, is he emo or grunge?, what's his fighting style?, and how's his broke ass face gonna look when he dies?!?
