I voted for the last option.
Why would you hate it? The original chemical (4.8% 4-chloro 3,5-dimethylphenol) is one of the greatest chemicals ever created. It kills virtually everything (microbial) whilst being relatively low in toxicity to humans and is a brilliant antiseptic. Cuts, spots, bizzare skin problems, sorts em all out!
Why do you hate cleaning products so much!
I have to say I use dettol as I like to keep my house clean.

Agreed. I actually stopped using ... recently because I wanted to support the sites but talking ads are the kind of shit that will lower traffic to any website.

PM the administrators/website maintainers. I know VGChartz staff will remove annoying ads if you bring them to their attention.
If they only affect you, then maybe you have some sort of malware? It's happened before.
I haven't seen any Dettol ads, speaking ads, or speaking Dettol ads.
