@Bladaneo

Oh yeah my bad. it was about the statement "Halo 3 was average and still sold a truck load"

You see, you pointed out that Halo 3 is average (which is purely your opinion plus some others). Your pure opinion plus 12 others that you know of plus the others that think it's average doesn't out right mean that it won't sell.

You see now?

While Haze doesn't make my shorts tingle, this IS good news and it shows that devs are getting renewed faith in the Playstation brand and in Sony franchises!
So, the project itself; meh, but what it suggests; yay!

HAze sucks. There are much better games.

What?

Will people please stop trying to judge this game months before it's even released. The videos and clips shown so far aren't of a low enough standard to warrant this abuse.

Yea, I've really never been that interested in Haze. While I'll still rent it, it's not something that makes me want to run to the store to buy it.

The reason why it's not being made for PC and 360 is they had to pull the teams off, just to help the PS3 team program the cell.

i've already pre-ordered my copy, i'm an FPS junky, i love 'em. this game does look amazing, i can't wait tog et 4 of my mates round to play 4 player campaign mode, that will be excellent.

from the sounds of it, it is your basic FPS, but with some little add ons which give you a little more options, for example:

playing dead,
upping the amount of nectar you intake which effects your ability to fight,
vehicle choice,
confusing the enemy
stealing enemy weapons while they are trying to kill you with it!

Each side has very different styles of fighting, it gives you the choice of fighting a straight fight, or using stealth and deception to fool your enemies - even to the point that you can cause your enemy to kill each other. i think those will make it a really interesting game.

unfortuntely, i've already heard the storyline, so the excitement of the ending has been robbed from me (DON'T READ ANY SPOILERS!), but visually, the game looks stunning.

Favourite game: Killzone 3

From the clips i've seen this game dosent look that impressive. If this game wasn't an exclusive would you have cared. Probably not considering there are much better fpses coming such as Unreal Tournament (still pissed you guys get before us) and Killzone 2 (Keep in mind I'm basing my claims on trailers and such. So I might be completly wrong).

Well I can see there are some real jerks in this thread. Haze isn't even out and people are saying that it sucks? I mean seriously guys? Free Radical has pretty good pedigree. Usually when a company has a good history, you assume that their next game will be good. What logical reason do any of you detractors have for saying Haze isn't going to be any good?

I not worrying about this game, it looks good, but not a Halo-killer.

Xbox 360 users will most likely see a port of this game sometime in 2009 or late 2008.
