Forums - General - is this for real

Around the Network

It is real, those people are stupid. However, like so many other things, it's probably manipulated. I doubt everyone they asked were that stupid, but it wouldn't be a good video if those had been included.

It's still funny as hell though.

Those people are that stupid. It is kind of rigged though. I'm not sure just how many people they actually interviewed but Jay Leno used to do the exact same thing that was done in the video and the people who said the dumbest things always made it on the air. Unfortunately, there are people this dumb in the world.

My point exactly.

Pathetic... Now I see it, America is exceptional, I want to change my vote (see the other thread).

I've seen this before.

The formula is simple, draw up some questions with the potential for funny answers, go out and film 100 people (who have been selected for looking a bit crazy anyway) and hope they say something crazy. Then cut down the hours of footage you have to the few minutes that are the most absurd...

It works in any country.

Wow.. this is really old. Its probably real but manipulated.

lol. just LOL

Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it

It's old and it's real, well, kind of. The thing that video doesn't just show are the people that got the questions right. They asked a lot of people a lot of questions and only kept the stupid ones. You could find the same exact results in any country.

I sympathise with the man on the one question because he knew the answer, he just didn't understand the question... If that makes sense.

He was asked "Who is in the axis of evil?" and he says "I know Germany was in it". He's getting confused between the axis of World war 2 and the axis of evil, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on that one.

Well that survey is a little dishonest. I'm sure there were several people who could/did answer these questions correctly, but it is a shame that some people couldn't answer some of the simplest questions.
