Who said i wasn't buying it b/c of the 360? Snake was great as the main protagonist as mgs, he was connected to everything. Raiden doesn't seem like an interesting character to me, plus him being in his suit means theres a good chance it's during or b4 ngs4 (when he is looking for the body of big boss for big mama)..his suit looks a little rough compared to the mgs4 version.

If I feel like playing as Raiden I'll go log on into MGO.. lol.

I'll buy it for sure, but not on first day, maybe until it gets cheaper.

Metal Gear is Metal Gear, if it turns out to be a good game then hell yeah I am getting it.

I'm not interested in the kind of game it's going to be, so I'm passing ^^.

Like any real Metal Gear fan, I'll be getting this on day 1. Peacewalker, too. For some reason, I think the public will be more critical of this game than any Metal Gear game, ever.

--but consider this: If the PS3 version is outsold by a large margin by the 360 version, what does that mean for future Metal Gear games (because Kojima claimed that EVERY Metal Gear since 1998 was the last Metal Gear) and the console that they're released on? Some of you guys may want to reconsider.........

Metal Gear hasn't been a stealth game in years. Plus with Raiden there is really no reason to hide.

Maybe it'll be Raiden before he becomes a bad ass or maybe his arm will fall off again or something.  Maybe the "lightning bolt action" of the title means that he'll strike once (like lightning) to kill his prey and that he has to use stealth to do it.  At this S.T.A.G.E., who can tell?
