What a great thread that I've seen about 5,782 times since 2007.

Good job!!!

Really? :( my bad, just wanted to share a personal experience with the community.

Yeah.  I get it.  I sold my Wii because it collects dust, did you?

Tell me why.  Do you think that it sucks too?

I've seen these threads before.

Anyway, have fun.

Well, I have been very polite and neurtal with my post and I never said that it "sucks" or that it is bad. It simply lost its appeal to me over time and I figured it would be better to sell it to someone who would actually use it. Simple and straight forward, other people might do the same with their PS3 or X360, to each their own.

If you're being honest, then I apologize.

It's just that I've seen way too many of these types of threads baiting people.

OT I think that it's a mistake since Nintendo has three games coming out this summer: SMG 2, Sin and Punishment, and Metroid: Other M.

a whole 3 games.

Those are all being made by Nintendo themselves.  That's not counting 3rd party games.

How many first party games are coming out by Sony or Microsoft this summer, and how many of them have the status of Mario or Metroid?

abit more, we gotten god of war 3, heavy rain, and modnation racers, gran turismo 5, and little big planet 2 are confirmed this year, not only that, we getting tons of third party titles later.

final fantasy 13 :3.

as far a quality and numbers HD are on a healthy year. if not their best ever. sony rocking the boat as far first party .

even if u dont like don't like titles they got AAA all over em

your summer runs from january till december?

There seems to be three constants in the universe; death, taxes, and snobby HD console gamers claiming they sold their Wii because it "collects dust."

A lot of the people who say this don't even own  the console in the first place, it's pretty sad.

I haven't considered selling my Wii. I can go a month or two at a time without using it, but the same can be said for my 360 and DS. For the foreseeable future my gaming time will be spent on Wii/DS with Monster Hunter Tri and Pokemon HeartGold currently underway, and Madworld, Okami and Space Invaders Extreme 2 yet to start. Plus Galaxy 2 next month.

It simply is a matter of personal taste. I genuinely think the Wii library is becoming better and better all the time, but I don't expect everyone to share that view. If you lost interest with your Wii, then clearly the software wasn't in line with your personal tastes enough for you to justify holding on to your Wii.

I have to much games to play on my Wii so I will never sell it.

I would never even consider doing such a thing! Selling my Wii would be like selling my happiness

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

tried to sell one year ago, no one wanted to buy. :(

but now I don't want to, 2010 releases are good so far.
