In the latest issue of French gaming magazine AMUSEMENT, tri-Ace director Yakayushi Suguro talks about the developer’s relation with Square Enix — considering they’re developing Resonance of Fate under SEGA’s publishing. While doing so, he seems to have revealed that a new Star Ocean title is on the way.

“But it’s not like Square Enix has lost tri-Ace forever,” Suguro told the French magazine, “they’ll have the new Star Ocean after Resonance of Fate is out.”

They really overshipped FFXIII in Europe and others (good for SE, not so good for retailers) or vgchartz has undertracked the game greatly. I think that first option is more probable (already discounted in uk and vanished from almost every major European chart). Still pretty good numbers all around.

I dnt think they overshipped, vgchrtz hs it at almst 5 Million, so 500K on shelves shud last it until end of summer if u luk at sales vgchrtz is showing.
