thats why i made this thread, i want to know why people are touting it as next generation and not thinking it as just a visual upgrade. (like 720-->1080p )

i am also not trying to ruin anyone's excitement here , i am just asking to know why everyone thinking its a next generation so i can be excited too. (i am repeating myself =s )

I'm not going to repeat myself again here, I'm not going to look for links, quotes er anything else. It's known to be a next generation handheld, you can either believe me or you can keep asking the same question over and over again.

If we were to set hype for successor proportional to sales of predecessor, 3DS should be at least as hyped as the PS3 was, and we were hearing lots about the PS3 long before we actually really knew anything about it.

What do you mean not answer the question??? I did and I even elaborated on it. Maybe it's because I drank to much absinthe but you seem the be the one who is hardheaded here not me. I'm not the only one who said the things I did.

More like the "Nintendo is consistently good" comments, or the "It's a new and exciting feature that will probably be implemented well".
