Hello all my fellow vgcharters,

The last 2 times i have played Littlebigplanet GOTY the game has quit like if i had selected the quit game option but i haven't clicked it. I was in the middle of a community level 2 times and then all of a sudden i was taken back to the XMB. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

hmmm Its never happened to me. My PS3 has crashed in web browser mode a few times though.

Either way don't vent out your anger on your dog!!

Mine has frozen in the web but never crashed. It is really annoying because i can only play a few levels before it just takes me back to the XMB. BTW I would never vent my anger on the yellow dog. 

Have you tried another game to see if it does the same there? (same amount of time) or watch a Blueray movie or something else?

wish that happened to me when this girl on LBP was playing Ke$ha and my speakers nearly exploded.

Ah yes, that's happened to me before as well though not with that game. Don't know why it happens, I just find myself suddenly looking at the XMB.

Yes, it only does it in LBP.

Did your Blu-ray drive fail after that? I thought my brother did it at first but his controller was on my bed do he couldn't have done it.

No it hasn't though I wonder if it's just some bug or what.

I remember back when I rented Rainbow Six: Vegas years ago and I synced a bluetooth headset, everytime I clicked the send button on the headset it would instantly quit out of the game.

Heh... I wish I could connect to LBP online...

For some reason, when ever I try to my entire internet connection freaks out and suddenly I can't use my laptop, desktop, handhelds or PS3 for internet until a few minutes after I quit LBP. All other online games work fine for me.

Now LBP is just a party game for when I have friends over, and we play offline. I go into network settings and disable my internet connection before I launch the game now.
