As for the front page banner, I always like looking at those numbers when first getting on to see changes and compare overall stats from the different regions from a distance. Also, as Vienna pointed out, I will use this sites main page to show people the stats which in turn introduces people to the site. Those stats are what introduced me to the site even!

For sig banners, they don't matter as its on the front page. I say keep the front page banner, but if your question is about sig banners, they can go if you like.

Leave them on the front page. It really gives a fantastic impression of Vgchartz. If you bury the chart newcomers will have no idea what it's about.

You shouldn't need to ask, check the bandwidth that those files have (from external sources) and you can gauge how much they are being displayed.

Could you generate a static version then simply post the .png on the front page then? Especially since you only alter it 3 times a week.

Depends, I have seen them used elsewhere a few times but I don't know how much of a pain they are to update and how much bandwidth they take up.

There is only like 2 people on the site who use them so just remove them, especially if it saves you time and work.

i wouldn't remove it, but in some forums the mods say that it is too big for the signature,aboveall when you have the three consoles and the two handhelds, is it not posible to make it smaller?
