I've heard that Demon's Souls is really lighting up the preorder charts in Europe lately. Anyone know how SMG2 is doing?

Well, you can also say that, opposite to the ps3, wii has seen no major releases so far, and that ps3 just got the FIFA world cup 2010 game, which is extremely popular in Europe.

 

Let's see in a couple of weeks, how wii will behave with things like Super Mario Galaxy 2

Your logic doesnt make sense, Ali is referring to this past week which did not see any new PS3 releases.  Your Wii reference is talking about an longer period of time (more than 1 week) and a game that hansnt been released yet.  You are comparing apples and oranges.

DS's decline in Othrs is severe enough that I think Nintendo is making the right choice in launching the 3DS.

doubt it... greek economy and population is tiny and the majority of europe is pretty much fine.  Only spain and portugal are nearing a shitstorm.


i live in greece BBC and  foreign networks always make the Things bigger everything is fine here the euro won 't be affected that much from greece

good numbers, wii SW will be up lots when SMG2 hits shelfs but will die down soon after.

i think PS3 is the winner this week.

My synopsis for Euopre/Others this past week:

How can the Wii increase 2% this week when I saw a 100k print last week?
MH3 down 50% from last week and now is starting to trend with that of the PSP MH
Sin and punishment bombed, 4.3k, really shameful
1 3rd party Wii title in the top 50
X360 Hardware in trouble maybe its seasonal.
PSP doing relatively well as is the PS3, maybe its seasonal.

Demotruk, ?Er, what? You just got FIFA World Cup one week ago, and PS3 had a PILE of major releases over the March period. On the other hand the most significant release Wii's had in OVER FOUR MONTHS is Monster Hunter Tri....?

GTA episodes 4th week
God of War Collection 2nd Week
Super SF IV 2nd week
