I feel sorry for Nintendo fans, Patcher is always picking on the wii, in such a docile "I'm innocent!!" manor.

But he is innocent. Anyway I like the guy, content of his words not withstanding.

I'm starting to think you ARE pachter, admit it!

Im starting to think you were implanted like a penis into vgchartz in order to infiltrate the dirtiest darkest nether regions in order to spread your pro Microsoft agenda. So THERE!!!

Pachter has been off alot lately. Infact think about it he's been saying WiiHD is on the way for like 3 E3's already. Yes Move is going to be a blatent rip off or a WiiHD but that hardly spells doom for Nintendo. He says we already know of all the big stuff. He forgets to mention Zelda which will be a big show stopper. He mentions Vitality Sensor but counts it out without knowing anything about the software.

Pachter has always been a Nintendo hater, I remember he was all dooms day about the Revolution to begin with. He's also a Microsoft fanboy. I can't wait to see Nintendo steal E3 this year and to see Pachters face when he gets interviewed after the show!

Most of Pachters predictions are BS IMO, but his statements are just his opinion and no one has to agree with him. However... the only (nintendo-) thing I'm interested in at E3 is Zelda .

Your assumption that it is his own opinion is frankly insulting to him. I would have thought it was the opinion of the majority of commercial gaming media, and therefore his view too. (this is also insulting for a grown man in finance but whatever)

Lets not forget this is the guy who said, "i like Heavy Rain, but the majority of the PS3/360 audience won't like it (showing alot of disrespect there)".

Everytime i assume he is the only person on GT who has a different view on Nintendo, except of course the formerly employed N'Gai, he comes out with bullshit like this to remind me, as it should remind you, that HE IS A FINANCE EXPERT and not even he thinks Nintendo is financially viable.

Who pays for Pachters golfing holidays? Might be interesting to find that out.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

3-Vitality sensor , may fail , but looking back to DSs , Wiis, Motionplus , and BALANCE BOARD (that he also sad that would fail) I think nintendo may hit a home run here...

Can count the number of games that support the balance board on your fingers, I call that a failure for something thats been out so long.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wii_Balance_Board

Do your research.

Also, failure is not a subjective thing to one person. You don't get to just invent conditions for things that are succeses to not be.

Yeah u  right ...

But for Balance board is a huuuge did very well , cuz u see , it does what its claim to do , and also sold 18 or 19 M units , for if this is not good i dunno what it is ...

GO PATS! 2012 THE YEAR OF NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS'S 4TH SUPER BOWL!

A patriot to the end. GO PATS!

Now playing> THE LAST STORY (Wii) Best RPG I EVER PLAYED. *-*

Nintendo could u please just take my money and give me back my 3DS?!

Looking at most of the names on that list I stand by my statement.

They are games and they support the balance board. I see no other qualifiers in your claim, so pretending you can stand by it shows you didn't even research the comments you made.

And even if you meant "game I care about", that doesn't make it a failure just because you personally don't care about the games.

Sorry but two shovelware cheerleader games as examples from that list I don't really count as support.

You didn't write "non shovelware" in your first comment, and those are not the only games listed there, so either you didn't read that list or you are lying that the list is smaller than it is.

STOP POSTING THINGS THIS GUY SAYS. HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ANYTHING LEAST OF ALL GAMING.

Here is an article on Pachter's record at making predictions:

And I went back and read what he said.  He said anything of interest has already been revealed (is known) and Zelda does fit this.  However, he happens to not think Nintendo has anything else it hasn't revealed yet.  He is likely hurting for not figuring out how Nintendo is doing it.  Nintendo messed up his "more graphics = win" paradigm, because it is convenient, and he can sell people to trust his money with him, if he pitches that, because that is how the industry works.  So, he BADLY needs for Nintendo to go HD or Move to steal its thunder, or he will be hurting.
