No, it is not. Try putting the floorplans of both halls to 100% .... 

um try going to youtube and viewing the booths.

South Hall is 2x if not more than the size of West Hall.

Yes, South Hall is twice the size of West but as you can see at the link you posted, Microsoft area =Nintendo area = Sony area
