So I just bought the SF4 Costume Pack when I looked at the download I saw that it was only several KBs worth. What gives? Does this mean that the "new content" I just downloaded was already in the disc all along? I just paid Capcom to allow me to use costumes that are already there. Back before DLCs became popular content like these used to just be unlockable via finishing the game story. Now they're requiring us to pay for something that's already there all that's being downloaded is the unlock code. It's crap like this that makes me wish someone could come up with a way to unlock "extra content" that's already there in the first place, for free. That will teach those greedy executives at Capcom.
All this feels wrong, an analogy would be something like paying Sony extra bucks so that you can be able to watch BluRay movies on the PS3. The functionality is already there but you have to pay just because. What do you think? Is Capcom just being greedy?
