gameplay + graphics + either music, innovative, replayability, or story telling.

Storytelling can be good if the plot is terrible or simple.

Likewise, the plot can be brilliant but told in an overly convoluted manner so as to disconnect the player.

Pixel Art can be fun.

Also, bad quality gameplay...

Poor controls, imminent tedium, awkward pacing, and lack of depth can all attest to low quality gameplay

Well are we getting mediocre or low quality of the other categories.  I'd guessed the rest would be "average".   If instead of average it's poor... replace innovation with music.

Gameplay, storytelling, and replay.

Graphics aren't as important as I thought they were, since I can still play old supernintendo games.

Storytelling>plot

Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
