Some thoughts:
So far this generation has had the best overall intuitive gameplay of any generation, but I have found very few games this gen that are worth giving serious playthroughs after I have completed everything in it. The gameplay can be amazing, but if the game doesn't have a design quality that gives a constant purposeful satisfaction to those intuitive gameplay qualities, then I can't find the game satisfying anymore.

BTW: "High quality plot" does not makes sense imo, as no plot has a high or low quality per se.

but then, there's a game that has all you mentioned

Story-plot, gameplay and since story and plot are the SAME THING ill go with originality because the same story over and over is lame, gotta be new and different.

That said there is a minimum visual standard that i will accept if Im paying 60 dollars for a new game it beter look good.

Innovation... a high quality plot with mediocre storytelling or vice versa would be of much use.
