Some of those rules are retarded. Apparently you can pile up "infractions" for having bad content in your profile, remove the bad content, and THEN get banned, and then a while later get banned AGAIN, etc. That is ridiculous -- stupid -- INSANE.
Not to mention that you can get multiple infractions from having one thing in your profile that's bad while you change something else (that isn't bad) in another part of your profile. But at least that makes a little bit of sense, making allowances for whatever their detection apparatus is and them being lazy. But even so, it's still unforgivable if they have an escalating penalty, as seems implied by the post. (2 days, then 7 days.)

Oh yeah, and having some account out there that automatically bans you if you message it is a travesty, since I don't recall getting any warning to not contact any particular account on my 360.
